Partner Alliance Manager

Reports To: Director of Partner Success
Position Status: Full-Time  
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: Starting at $115,000/year
Location: 
Portland, Maine headquarters, hybrid, or fully remote location within the United States

As a Partner Alliance Manager, you will support the enablement and growth of our most strategic partnerships. From onboarding to account mapping and ecosystem alignment, you will be responsible for driving partner strategy, measuring and communicating partner performance, developing relationships with key contacts and stakeholders, and coordinating cross departmental collaboration with HighByte marketing, product management, and sales teams.


Essential Functions

  • Develop strategic alliances with technology partners and global and regional system integrators
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product management, marketing, and sales) to drive strategy and partner success
  • Report on key performance indicators such as revenue influenced, enablement status, marketing activities
  • Support and identify areas for ecosystem collaboration
  • Develop enablement plans to help partners onboard and maintain key skillsets
  • Manage partner contracts and program renewals
  • Support and/or participate in partner attended or organized events
  • Coordinate quarterly business and/or technology reviews

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Microsoft, Inductive Automation, HiveMQ)
  • 5+ years of professional experience in partner management, preferably at a software company 
  • Experience in the manufacturing/industrial technology market is preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
