Position Summary

This is an exciting role for a growth marketer who enjoys working across departments to plan, develop, and implement promotional programs that resonate with a highly technical customer base.
As Growth Marketing Manager at HighByte, you will be the driving force behind growing the company’s new customer and expansion pipelines. Your work will fuel end-user demand and help Sales convert interest into revenue. You will help connect prospects with the company’s Industrial DataOps solution, HighByte Intelligence Hub, using a variety of inbound and paid programs that span physical and digital media. This role requires a talented marketer who can balance strategic planning with tactical execution.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with the Chief Communications Officer on marketing strategy, building a healthy pipeline of prospects, delivering qualified leads to Sales, and meeting department Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Develop a data-driven growth strategy and annual plan based on historical performance and alignment with the company’s business goals.
- Set and achieve demand generation metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, marketing sourced pipeline, target account engagements, and conversion rates) required to meet revenue goals in collaboration with the Vice President of Sales.
- Coordinate with third-party media partners on advertising placements, content syndication, and program performance.
- Secure placements for assets like white papers, eBooks, guidebooks, and customer case studies to help drive demand and meet quarterly MQL goals.
- Plan, organize, and execute both strategy and logistics for industry events.
- Help coordinate and promote HighByte-hosted webcasts.
- Build, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns.
- Execute marketing campaigns on time and on budget.
- Analyze and report program ROI by campaign and channel. Make continuous improvement recommendations.
- Contribute to co-marketing programs with ecosystem partners.
- Monitor company, product, and market trends and share these insights with peers.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledgeable about modern demand generation strategies, best practices, and performance measurement
- Proven project management skills and experience
- Able to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-driven decisions
- Expertise in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent foreign degree
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing for B2B enterprise software
